We have developed, scaled up and optimized a process for a niche polymer for a biotech customer in Europe.
The product has very strict quality requirements in its biomedical application. Challenges include control of the degree of polymerization, sulfonation and polymer purification.
Over the years considerable improvements have been made to several production steps leading to a better scalable process overall and a more robust quality. The customer has been particularly satisfied with the consistent quality over many years.
The customer also expressed appreciation for our immediate and thorough responses to incidental issues/complaints, including investigations by our R&D department together with partner companies.
